Work on HMCS Windsor took place inside a busy naval dockyard, where strict security, evolving work requirements, and tight schedules shaped the day-to-day environment. The project involved fabrication work, access support, and general assistance to keep progress moving on the submarine. KMS carried out the required work while adapting to changes in scope and daily dockyard conditions. The team worked closely with naval staff, followed all safety and security expectations, and coordinated subcontractors responsible for scaffolding and access. All activities were completed within dockyard operating windows and logistical constraints. The workforce consisted of a mix of KMS personnel and subcontractor teams who worked alongside base staff throughout the project.
