Operating a seasonal amusement facility requires maintenance and repairs to be completed within limited outage windows, with little flexibility for delays. Atlantic Splash Adventure required fabrication and mechanical work that needed to be completed within these constraints. KMS responded to requests in a timely manner, recognized the importance of the seasonal schedule, and provided clear pricing to support planning and budgeting.
